My PAINTING AS AN EVENT is a PROCESS PAINTING with other artists. I am specializing in interactive works of art in which painting, dance and music become an artwork (videos and photoreports are almost included). Add to this, art journalist Heinz Ohff: "... we can see that Barbara Heinisch has managed to reunite two strongly opposed tendencies: the performance and the good, old panel painting - a missing link between the offshoots of anti-art in the tradition of Duchamp, Beuys and Vostell and traditional painting..."
